The girls proved their global appeal by drawing a total of 230,000 fans to 23 concerts at various Asian destinations, including Seoul, Taipei, Singapore, Hong Kong and Bangkok. They performed 14 times in Japan alone, in Osaka, Saitama, Tokyo, Hiroshima, Nagoya and Fukuoka.
Girls' Generation confirmed their status as Korea's leading girl group with the Asian tour, which wrapped up in Thailand on Sunday with a three-hour concert that held over 11,000 fans enthralled as the girls performed no fewer than 32 songs.
As it was the band's first solo concert in the Kingdom, the girls were met by excited fans from the moment they stepped off the plane in Bangkok. They returned to Korea on Monday morning.
